Preparing For A Mentorship 

I envision myself gaining a sense of leadership in the medical field, and also an enriching experience to later assist me in my studies. I want to later look back at my years of interning, and remember all the skills that I acquired through this experience. I will get the most from my experience to obtain a successful mentorship by always taking responsibility and the initiative in taking everything a step further. If the minimum requirement is to do one simple task, then I will search for more tasks that will challenge me. This experience is preparing me for the future by really pushing me past my limits and by assisting me in gaining new communication skills. These skills will help me in any setting, because communication is always vital in any workplace. I will be better equipped for everything that comes my way in any future workplaces.
