Assignment 13: Essential Question

My essential question: What is the association between eczema, asthma, and rhinitis (allergies)?

Why did you select this as your essential questions?

In the clinic, many patients come in with either allergies, eczema and asthma and they all have a common association with all three. My doctor, when diagnosing them, she would explain that all three of them were connected. I wanted to know scientific reason for the connection.

What excites you most about finding the answer to this essential question?

As I further my research, the most exciting factor is the scientific reasons and the explanations that I get to learn more about. I appreciate the medical reasons that can help me understand the concept and the background information relating to the topic.

Yes, this topic helps me put an answer to my question. This question has constantly been questioning me and this research will clarify the frequent question that I had.
